At IT GIRL, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
